From 30 April to 15 May, Aurora Community will celebrate the 2016 season opening to guests, visitors and volunteers, hosting a special event: HANDS ON GARDEN – CELEBRATE SPRING.
Over two weeks, including a 2 days “Introduction to Permaculture” workshop, we will set-up, seed and beautify Aurora’s Permaculture Kitchen Garden, located at 900m altitude in a beautiful remote rural area of Romania.
Each day will address a different theme starting with short theory and a talk, continuing through the day with practice (See the program below). The closing weekend – 14 May – will include seeds exchange, organized by Seminte Libere, where we will celebrate and welcome Spring together.
If you love Nature, want to get your hands on the earth, know more about gardening and Permaculture and are interested in a community living experience, this is an opportunity to revive traditions and get back to the days where people used to gather and help each other at household tasks.
Working together is a fun way of creating community. While celebrating Spring, you are invited to help out, learn and be part of Aurora’s Permaculture Kitchen Garden. Join us!
