THE WORKSHOP
Based in the teachings of Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda this workshop summarize the yoga philosophy in 5 principles, making the complex teachings of yoga easier to understand.
The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers and Ashrams, are recognized by the International Organization – Yoga Alliance – and are available all over the world where thousands of students can learn and practice Hatha Yoga in the Sivananda tradition.

TEACHER
Filipa Simoes is a Yoga practitioner since 2008 and a certified teacher by Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers and Ashrams, recognized by Yoga Alliance. Portuguese, born in Lisbon, based in Romania since 2013, she is one of the Co-founder of Aurora Community and Terra Livre (FreeEarth) projects. She is committed to the work of just being happy, loving herself more dearly and finding the grace and profoundness of life in simplicity, compassion and union with others and Nature. With this desire she actively hopes she can make a difference, inspiring people to be the change we all want to see, for a more happy and caring world.
