The Open Heart series are participatory leadership workshops designed to create group flow states that unleash our full potential as individuals and groups. These series are unique opportunities to connect with the Collective Wisdom, explore the Emotional Intelligence field, step out of the comfort zone and meet the space where the magic happens.
In a joyful and playful way, this 2-days workshop is a profound experience of transformation at the individual and collective level, where we will de-construct old mental patterns, and will create the space to welcome and celebrate the uncertainty of the New.
You will learn how to transform conflicts, practice decision making, participate in group dynamics such as Forum, Fishbowl, Open Space, World Cafe, and of course you will be playing lots of games.
During this process, it will be created and encouraged a space of trust and mutual support. Many tools will be explored and you will learn how to create authentic and lasting relationships, sustained by trust and in the spirit of sharing and collaboration.
“Be prepared to embrace your light and your shadow.”
